ESD-Safe Covertape & Leader Extenders for DigiReel® / MouseReel® Partial Reels
Component Packaging · ESD Products · SMT Packaging
Blue PET Cover Tape Extenders are engineered to enable seamless feeder setup on partial SMT reels. These leader tape strips attach to the leading edge of the carrier tape, ensuring high-speed pick-and-place equipment can correctly index to the first component without waste, feeder jams, or startup delays.
Manufactured from ESD-safe PET with a high-visibility blue indicator strip, these extenders support paper or plastic carrier tape, punched and embossed pockets, and all major SMT feeder designs. Ideal for Digi-Reel®, MouseReel®, high-mix, and prototype production.
