Our TS-41097 splicing tool uses a single brass shim to splice two ends of components feeder tapes together. Tool can be used with a single shim or with any of our Panasonic tape with shims in one.

This splice tape is used for jointing carrier tapes in the SMT process, it is made of one strip of black tape and clip, and the tape is made by our produced patent material with superior adhesion. The Splice tape shim arrow on the right allows machines to detect splices on assorted Panasonic equipment. Splice has perforation on black tape to allow small slit of black tape to cover sprocket drive holes for splice detection sensor/
