Our TS-41097 joining tool uses a single brass spacer to connect the two ends of component carrier tapes. It can be used with a single spacer or with any Panasonic tape with built-in spacers.

General Description

This joining tape is used to connect carrier tapes during the SMT process. It consists of a black tape strip and a spacer. Made from our patented material, it provides superior adhesion. The right-arrow spacer on the joining tape allows machines to detect the splices on various Panasonic equipment. The black tape is perforated to allow a small black tape tab to cover the drive holes of the junction sensor gear.
